Cancellation :

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Absence without notice :

• If you fail to keep your appointment without informing us in advance, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
• If the 50% amount is less than $50, the minimum fee will be $50.

Delay :

• If you arrive late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened to avoid disrupting other patients’ appointments.

Terms of payment :

• Cancellation or late fees must be paid within 48 hours of the consultation or appointment cancellation.
